The Impact of Digital Transformation in the Egyptian Private Universities on Achieving Organizational Excellence, Using the German University in Cairo as a Model

Considering contemporary developments and challenges, to achieve organizational excellence, universities must undergo digital transformation, relying on knowledge of integrating information technology into all their fields services.
 
 This study aimed examine the impact four dimensions transformation:  strategic requirements, culture human resource technological legislative requirements for achieving excellence in Egyptian private universities, using German University Cairo as a case study. To objectives, descriptive analytical method was used. Questionnaires were distributed among 199 faculty members, chosen stratified random sample, from various university faculties. Of these, 185 valid responses retrieved, response rate 92.6%. The found that transformation is statistically significant. combined explain 74.7% variance excellence. research contributes important insights Its theoretical practical implications discussed.
